Ship A Car ASAP coordinates nationwide vehicle transport through FMCSA-authorized motor carriers. As a licensed auto transport broker, we arrange shipment based on your route, vehicle type, and timing needs. The process is straightforward and typically follows the steps outlined below.

Step 1. Booking
Upon receiving your quote, click "Continue to booking details"
to make your vehicle shipping reservation, or call (844) 321-2727.
Once your reservation is made, we'll work to assign and schedule a carrier for your route. This typically takes 1-3 days, except for unique shipments or isolated pickup/delivery locations. No payment is processed until a carrier is assigned and your shipment is confirmed.
Step 2. Pickup
The carrier will contact the pickup person ahead of time to arrange the pickup. All carriers are required to maintain active cargo insurance coverage during transit. At pickup, the carrier will inspect the vehicle and document its condition on a Bill of Lading (BOL). (See Sample BOL) Pickup typically occurs within an estimated window rather than a guaranteed time, as routes depend on carrier scheduling and traffic conditions.
Step 3. Delivery
Similarly, the carrier will contact the delivery person in advance for arrangement. Upon delivery, inspect the vehicle's condition against the BOL from the pickup before signing. The remaining balance can be paid to the driver at pickup or delivery via cash, money order, or certified check. Cash App and Zelle are electronic payment methods accepted upon confirmation.
